SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT 1. GENERAL RULES AND DEFINITIONS 1.1 If you choose to accept a complimentary subscription to WorldTrade\INTERACTIVE™ (WTI), WorldTrade\INTERACTIVE Latin America™ and/or Asia Customs & Trade™ ("the publications"), you will be agreeing to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. 1.2 WorldTrade\INTERACTIVE™, WorldTrade\INTERACTIVE Latin America™ and Asia Customs & Trade™ are online international trade information services, published electronically by WorldTrade Interactive, Inc. They are prepared by the law firm of Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg, P.A., and its affiliated consulting firm, Sandler & Travis Trade Advisory Services, Inc. Collectively, World Trade Interactive, Inc.; Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg, P.A.; Sandler & Travis Trade Advisory Services, Inc.; and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, assigns, successors and other representatives will be referred to throughout this Agreement as the "Publisher." 1.3 The Publisher may change, add or remove portions of this Agreement at any time, but if it does so, it will post such changes on the publication Web sites (www.strtrade.com/wti, www.strtrade.com/asia, or www.strtrade.com/latin) or send them to you via e-mail. By continuing your subscription, you agree to any changes. 1.4 IF ANY OF THESE TERMS OR ANY FUTURE CHANGES ARE UNACCEPTABLE TO YOU, YOU MAY CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION(S) BY SENDING AN E-MAIL TO unsubscribe@strtrade.com. YOUR CONTINUED RECEIPT OF ANY OF THE PUBLICATIONS NOW, OR FOLLOWING THE POSTING OF A NOTICE OF ANY CHANGES IN THIS AGREEMENT, WILL INDICATE ACCEPTANCE BY YOU OF ANY SUCH CHANGES, AMENDMENTS OR MODIFICATIONS. 1.5 The Publisher may change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the publications at any time, including the availability of any feature, database or content, without further notice to you. The Publisher reserves the right to suspend or terminate your membership at any time, without notice to you, in the event it learns of or suspects any infringing, unlawful, unauthorized or illegal activity. 2. PUBLICATION CONTENT 2.1 All materials published in the publications are protected by international and U.S. copyright laws and are owned or controlled by World Trade Interactive, Inc., or the party credited as the provider of the content.
